Final Sale, Returns, and Order Accuracy Policy
At SF Plug, all sales are final. This applies to both in-stock items and pre-order items.
Because many of our products are limited, time-sensitive, or made available in restricted quantities, we do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or size swaps for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, change of mind, or preference after purchase.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed your order details carefully and understand that all sales are final except in the limited circumstances described below.
Limited exception for documented seller error
We may review a request for resolution only if there is a documented and valid error on our end.
Examples may include:

you received the wrong item

you received the wrong size or variant that does not match the confirmed order

your order was not fulfilled as described due to a clear internal fulfillment error
To request review for a possible seller-error exception, you must contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery and provide:

clear photos of the item received

photos of the packaging and shipping label, if relevant
We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, whether the issue qualifies as a documented seller error.
If we determine that an error occurred on our end, we may choose one of the following remedies, at our discretion:

exchange, if available

store credit

refund
We are not obligated to provide a refund, exchange, or store credit unless we confirm a documented seller error.
Special-case resolutions
In limited special circumstances, we may choose to offer an exchange or store credit as a courtesy. Any such resolution is provided solely at our discretion and does not create an ongoing policy, obligation, or precedent for future orders.
In-stock items
All in-stock items are sold as final sale unless a documented seller error is confirmed under this policy.
Pre-order items
All pre-order items are also sold as final sale.
For pre-order items, shipping is expected to begin within the timeline stated on the product page or at checkout. Any listed pre-order timing is an estimate based on our current fulfillment schedule.
If a pre-order fulfillment timeline changes materially, we will communicate an updated shipment timeline using the contact information provided with the order. If we are unable to ship within the promised time, we will provide an updated shipment date and any required next-step options consistent with applicable platform requirements.
Order changes and cancellations
Orders are processed quickly and therefore cannot be guaranteed to be changed or canceled after they are placed.
If you made a significant mistake in your order, contact us immediately. We may review whether a correction or cancellation is still possible before processing, but we do not guarantee changes, size corrections, address updates, or cancellations after checkout.
High-risk and fraud-screened orders
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that is flagged as high-risk, potentially fraudulent, or otherwise cannot be fulfilled safely or reliably.
