What is the minimum order?
First-time customers can start with a 10-piece sample order. Ongoing orders have a minimum of 20 pieces per SKU. Confirm the exact style, color and permitted size mix in your quotation.
Can I choose colors and sizes?
Tell us your preferred mix. Available size runs, pack requirements and quantities depend on the style; confirm them in your quote.
Is everything ready to ship?
We fulfill from U.S., Taiwan and China warehouses. If something is not in hand, we can look to source it. Stock status and any sourcing or preparation time are confirmed before the deposit.
When does my order ship?
In-stock and fully prepared orders generally ship within 24–48 hours after final payment. Orders requiring sourcing have a separate preparation timeline confirmed with you before the deposit.
How long does air delivery take?
FedEx, UPS and DHL air delivery generally takes 5–10 days after dispatch, depending on the region and customs clearance. Preparation time is separate; transit estimates are not guaranteed.
Can I save with sea freight or container shipping?
Yes. We offer sea freight and container shipping for larger international orders and buyers prioritizing lower freight costs. We quote the route, price and estimated transit time for your shipment.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to the United States, Canada and most of Europe. Your destination and available shipping route are confirmed when we prepare the quote.
Are taxes, VAT and import duties included?
For international bulk orders, taxes, VAT and duties are included in the final quoted price. Your quotation confirms the merchandise, shipping arrangement and complete landed total before payment.
How does the 50% deposit work?
First-time buyers can begin with a 50% deposit after accepting the quotation. We prepare the order and can provide photos and videos before the remaining balance is paid. The balance is due before shipment.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, wire transfer, ACH transfer and invoice payments. Follow the payment instructions on your official order invoice.
Can I see the order before paying the balance?
Yes. We can prepare relevant product photos and videos once the merchandise is ready, before you pay the remaining balance. Any independent authentication evidence must match the item or batch offered.
What if there is a problem with my order?
Review the written terms for shortages, wrong items, defects and returns before payment. If an issue occurs, keep the packaging and contact us with your order details and clear photos.
Why is WhatsApp access private?
We use WhatsApp for active wholesale buyers and order support. Applications are reviewed first so the channel stays focused on verified business inquiries. Approved buyers receive access privately.
